Was actually having a good experience here until my care got switched to Brody in Greenville with no communication from any nurse from maternity after my last appointment. I’m a first time mother so the lack of communication from some of the nurses is mind blowing and frankly concerning. Do better at informing your patients please 🙏

As far as the maternity department, if you can avoid going here during your pregnancy, I would. I’ve had the run-around this whole pregnancy with them. my Afp testing and anatomy scan was delayed because of a lack of communication between the other facilities they will send you to. They sent me to the CDC for imaging at one point, then called me over for two minutes, explaining I had a complication with my umbilical cord, then told me I would be sent to Greenville and be on the lookout for a call after a week and a half of waiting and calling back for updates. I was finally given the number to Greenville to call them for an update, to which I was told my transfer was canceled. After that, my anatomy scan was scheduled with Carolina East Women’s Center. They gave me the wrong location. My paperwork I was given said my appointment was at the Havelock location, to which I went the morning of my appointment to find out the Havelock location had been closed since the summer since I have been in Havelock and my appointment was in New Bern. It was obviously canceled, so no anatomy scan for me when JILL BENTON gave me the paperwork saying it was in Havelock. also speaking with their supervisor will get you no where they do not care.

Understanding that everyone has a bad day. However whoever the woman is that answers to make appointments needs a new job! Every single time ive called to make an appointment she’s been rude as hell! I’m not the only person that has had that experience with her!

If I could get craven County health inspector, a zero star , I would I have called them to let them know that my landlord will not fit the feces coming up in my shower in my toilet in my sink. I am pregnant with two small children. They are telling me that It’s not a sanitation issue so since they don’t want to help and he refuses to fix anything, I’m gonna start blasting all the pictures and videos I have the next step is the news and I will keep going until something is done with man he pays off the inspectors every time they come out

Wife and went to the Craven County Health Department for vaccinations for an upcoming trip we have planned. We walked into the building and approached an employee sitting at her desk. We told her what we needed and she says “ I can only help one of you at a time but first you’ll need to take a number”. I looked around and saw the place was completely empty. Not the first soul in the room except for my wife and me. I said “There is no one else in the room. Why do I need a number. That’s stupid”. She said “Sir take a number”. I’ve seen this in comedy shows before but never knew it could possibly be real. An employee who has completely lost the ability to apply common sense. I will say once we got to the back the lady that helped us was good. No complaints there.
