Called to find out how much school psychicals would be for my children. Was transferred to four different people. None of them knew, and none of them wanted to take the time to get the information for me. I was told that I’d need an appointment to get the physicals done. The lady who is supposed to schedule the appointments said that she would have to “get my number and call me back”. She also couldn’t help me with pricing either. Irritating. I gave up after calling a second time and being told the supervisor was “unavailable”.

If I could leave zero stars then I would. This office is full of nothing but incompetent people that have no idea what they are doing nor do they even act like they want to help you. The Dr's are great but you have to make it through the front office first and they are a disaster. Very rude and lied to me and my pregnant wife about our coverage. Tried to argue and say thats not what she said then got rude so got up and walked out. Way to stressful of an environment if you actually need financial help and are not a white person. Smh😒
