Don’t answer the phone. Called multiples times and my call was either ignored or forwarded

Not sure why people say they don’t answer the phone. They answered my calls 6 out of 6 times and were always helpful

Just like every other governmental agency, they do what they want, because they get away with it. You are required to purchase a permit for electricity. So I did. It's been 2 days no electricity. It's freezing cold. All my food spoiled. I have a compromised immune system to begin with. Let this be one of their families or one of them I bet they are priority. So sad!!!!

Sat for an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Got told I’d be bumped up because I was supposed to be in and out. Was sent back up front just for more people to be called back ahead of me. Was only there for a WIC appointment and had to walk out due to having other places to be. Major waste of time.
