The city has alot of issues The town always looks abandoned and the building and stores look so dirty the street filled most times I don't live there I commute thru to another local city In the early morning the town cleaners try and be helpful by blowing the trash in a direction for immediate clean up However as they are blowing garbage I'm trying to travel to work clearly an inconvenience Literally with leaf blowers blowing trash down the main street Springfield Avenue as commuters try and avoid getting dusty and dirty by the flith

I live on NYE Ave street in Irvington... these rulers came up with the idea that cleaning should happen at 5:00 am to 7:00 am. At that time it is difficult to go out to move the car... and the policeman who Put the tike, it's ready. At 5:00 am. I don't know if there are other streets in Irvington the same. that NYE ave.. I have to move to another city...
