Can be very rude don’t like how when you turn in information that they need and then down the road they say they don’t have it and that you never turn it in or it was your fault that it wasn’t turn in and they did get the information that was needed and that they were responsible for it and they lost it . they need some better employees at that place that actually care to help people and not be rude to those people but there are some people that are nice there.

I got 2 and 3 calls a day telling me I needed something else and then at the end of the week she asked" do you want to continue filling out the form or should I tell you now you don't qualify?" Then I got the lecture that I should be thankful for my SSDI many people don't even get that. I was embarrassed over the phone. I have no idea who she was. But that was RUDE!!

I've called once every week since January. I have heard nothing back. The one call I got was that they are behind review the 6 month reviews. I did recieve benefits for January or Feburary. I haven't recieved any information as to why or if no longer qualify. I sent ALL proof they have asked for. It would be more professional if they would call back or even send an email back regarding my case.
