We get my sons WIC here they are always really nice and get us in and out pretty quickly.

Don't know what the point is of making appointments because we are always waiting for at least an hour and a half after our appointment time in the lobby before we go back. If you have to come here make sure to make an appointment early in the morning on a day that you don't have anything else planned because you are going to spend at least three hours here.

Just went here to get my daughter caught up on shots the health department said they are backed up like two weeks cause or flu shots man they looked soooo busy today🙄 as per usual I’m sure.. she needs for school theirs literally no one in the parking lot no one in the waiting room I arrived maybe 10 minutes late even called beforehand before the actual appointment time to let them know I was running behind a few minutes and as soon as I get there apparently I was already considered a “no show” even though my husband literally called them and told them I was running behind and mind you there’s absolutely no one in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room so I was interfering with the next patient apparently that they had scheduled. I’m from Texas not Arkansas and this is lazy and pathetic . Very unprofessional would not recommend but hey everything government assisted is a joke so what do you expect🤷🏼‍♀️ Side note: this was literally at like 8am so when I say literally no one was there, I mean literally no one. No cars waiting even in the parking lot. Just the two lady’s that work there. They had there hands full I can’t imagine🙄🤣

They added a new staff member recently and her attitude is trash. Or entitled. I don’t know which one is better. For the past 10 years when any of my husbands family has needed an appointment set up, they would have either me or him call to schedule the appointment because they couldn’t speak English. Which is just giving a name and a preferred date and time for said appointment. How ever the past 2 times we’ve tried to call to schedule an appointment, a girl rudely. As if she has no manners says to have them call that she speaks Spanish. I’m glad they have someone at the facility to handle that now but how you speak to someone just doing a favor for their family is rude. Like completely rude and ugly. I don’t know I honestly think yall would be better off getting rid of a rude receptionist who can’t speak kindly to patients or their family then keeping her for whatever benefit she gives.

I recently went in for a flu shot and had a positive experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. The nurse who administered the vaccine was kind and made the process easy and comfortable. Overall, I appreciated the smooth and respectful service.
