Jackson Madison County Health Department and Kim Tedford have done an amazing job during the covid pandemic. We are so grateful for the hard work giving vaccines. God bless y'all all. And a big thank you!

I've been going to the Jackson Madison health department off and on for years. Have always been treated excellent. From the doctors and nurses and every one there has been very helpful and care very much about their patients. I've been to quite a few health departments because of health issues but Jackson Madison is at the top of my list!

Made an appointment for a vaccine they don't have, when I show up for my appointment I was treated like it was my fault then redirected me to a clinic. I go to the other clinic and they don't carry the vaccine either and they redirected me back here to this health department. I feel like I'm on a wild goose chase even though I made sure to call and make appointments. The people are nice but it feels unorganized.

This is one of the worst places in Jackson but you have to go here to get a little help for your child there rudeness is disgusting. No its not about race because they have different race of people working here. If your job is to help and thats what the state is paying you to do then do your job, y'all workers in Jackson TN make yourselves look bad. When i get through with my complaints you'll be lucky to still have a job. They need people who want to work and care about other and takes their job serious.

I had a great experience here and highly recommend their services. It was incredibly fast to get an appointment; I called yesterday and was able to get in today. I was pretty nervous about getting the Paraguard for the first time, but the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My nurse, Cat, was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of easing my anxiety. Dr. David Bryan was quick and efficient; they verbalized each step of the process and constantly checked on my discomfort levels throughout the procedure. They were very thoughtful, providing ibuprofen beforehand and even offering a selection of sanitary items at the end(I hadn't even considered this!) If you're looking for a professional and supportive environment, this is it.
