I just have to say ~THANK YOU~ for the services that you assisted our family member with. It has been a very rough 9 mos. especially because she did not have insurance but because of Dr. Walkes, Nurse Rachel and Caseworker, David Winfield her healing process has began. You guys were Guardian Angels for Nacole. We will never forget nor stop praising you guys and all the staff!

The Doctors, Nurses and entire Staff rate A-#1 for the best care and service -- and always with a smile. They were friendly, caring and very knowledgable about all my healthcare needs. They sent me to outside specialists in Phychiatry, Optimology, and Dentistry. They set up Wellness Checkups, routine test and paid for all my prescription medications. The best care in Healthcare I have experienced. I highly recommend them.

The worst service, I was told to pick up in Port Arthur the following day because I reside there. The online consultation app gave me the option of going to the nearest pharmacy to me when I did the video consultation, which was in Beaumont.

Just started back going to this place still the same as it was 8 years ago. Came here for my shoulder eight years ago and the doctor did nothing for my shoulder but they want to treat the things that are not a problem and here it is they're still treating me the same way as before. If I were financially able I would go somewhere else and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Jefferson County is extremely efficient and well ran. The employees here really work hard to keep everything running smooth. Regular doctor offices could learn a lot from this place and pharmacies too! The clinic and the pharmacy extremely efficient!
