I have worked with them in the past with no issues. This clerk I spoke to was apparently having a bad day. I told her I was researching because this applicant for employment wanted me to get updated info on their case. She acted like "how dare you call my court" and told me I would have to come in physically to the court. I cannot just go into the court because I do not live in the area. Congrats, you helped absolutely no one, including this person just trying to get a job.

Must now make an appointment to submit docs for passport. They only do 5 a day starting at 8AM and ending at 2PM. So my appointment to just submit the paperwork is over a month out. Someone needs to get rid of the person that made this policy.

I have been getting my passport at the post office and first time to get a passport at the district county clerk office. All I can say is that these are the most pleasant people to get this service. Awesome Job. Well done. Fast and easy.
