When I initially started going to see my doctor Heather Park it has been a wonderful experience. However since then Heather left and we got a nurse practitioner named Jenni and she has degraded Heather Park in ways that no doctor should talk about any other doctor about how Heather treated her patients ,and she seems to have gotten a God complex since Heather has left. It was a great office and family practice when I first started going there, but unfortunately now I'm looking for another family doctor. This place is falling apart.

Update June, 2024 I see I have failed to update with comments about Amber. She is incredibly happy and bubbly but don't be fooled, she certainly knows her job (I report medical news so I know). She takes as much time as needed; we never feel rushed to get in and out. We miss Dr. Elder but we love Amber. UPDATE as of DECEMBER 2022 Dr. Jay Elder has retired. We shifted to a nurse practioner Amber who is probably going to work out fine for our needs. The building is new but has doctor's offices, a drug store (UPDATE, the pharmacy in the building, medicine shoppe has now closed as of June, 2024), and staff from Punxsutawney Hospital who can take blood samples (the lab draw location is filled with christian religious signs if that matters to you) service is usually very fast even if there are several people waiting - most of the delays are due to mandatory computer and paperwork by the technician, the actual draw is always fast and usually painless. These samples are not processed on site but go to the hospital which sends the results out. If you are in the area and have lab work ordered I recommend you go here unless you enjoy what is usually a very long wait at the hospital's outpatient clinic. I never had more than one person ahead of me at Primary health. I never had more than two people ahead at the lab office.sThe BAD reviews seem to be about either the drugstore or the blood draw which are NOT connected with the Primary Health Network and its fine staff.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible. Since Dr. Elder retired the care became increasingly worse. Never thought it was possible! My mother had a CT done three weeks ago. They finally called with the results two weeks ago stating they’d be ordering an MRI. Most people would consider it life altering news. She is currently living in pain. TWO WEEKS ago they’d be scheduling it. We’ve heard nothing since about when it would be scheduled. There have been follow up calls from us and no return calls with information or details if it is an auth hold up or if it is even required. They believe just because they are rural and my parents are elderly they can be lazy and provide sub-standard care and get away with it. If you are happy with your health care here pray nothing major happens to you.

Been coming here for about 5 years now. I used to see Josh but he left the practice. Wasn't sure if I would stay or find another Dr. I saw everyone of the other nurse practitioners. I finally settled on Amber. I love how she listens and spends time with you. Does not matter how long you take she does not rush you. I'm here every three months. Do not have an issue with making appointments. Sometimes it takes awhile to get back to you but they are a big office and see alot of people. I have recommended many to come to this office.

The staff here are beyond amazing. Every single person in this office is so kind and understanding. The receptionists are always sweet even when taking phone calls. Every nurse ive seen before my primary is so kind as well. they often help ease my anxiety before I speak to the next person. You can really tell everyone at this office truly cares about the people that come in. I see Amber for my primary care and she is always so welcoming and nice even though I have very high medical anxieties. My therapist is also amazing (not sure if i am allowed to mention names) she listens to me and never judges me. Shes always understanding and sympathetic. I love this office so much and they are helping me cure my medical anxiety with how kind hearted they all are. Truly thank you to everyone in this office youre all amazing!
