I went to the vital statistics area (room 101) to obtain a death certificate ($15.00 & $6.00 for each additional). There was a crowd, but the process went quickly for me (I printed and filled out the forms before I arrived. They do have the form there as well. Staff are very friendly and approachable.

The nursing staff seemed courteous but the receptionists were brutal. I was there as support for my teenage daughter & im happy I was present. While waiting in the lobby, a receptionist made fun of my appearance to another receptionist as if they were behind closed doors. I didn’t feel well as it was but to say I looked like Chubaka right out loud was unnecessary, she could have at least spoke in a tone where she wasn’t heard by everyone in waiting. I was so embarrassed to have people coming to check me out after the insult. They should really do some self-examining before clocking in.
