Mailed payment 11/12/25 for November car taxes. Check did not clear until 12:8/25. As of 12/12/25 I still have NOT received my car tags. Just another sub par government agency. Take and take and cannot manage their business. Get your act together.

I was so proud that these folks had the LGBT and Ukranian flag outside that as I was walking up I had to snap a picture. I never take pictures but this was special. Im a veteran that hasn’t ate in several days. I have my daughter with me and through no fault of our own we don’t have much to eat. I went inside the building with a smile and I came back out in tears. I don’t cry easily. I had called and asked if they would notarize a paper that would keep me and my daughter from being homeless. They said yes. I came down with nine bucks in my pocket. Parking took five. I told the man I had four dollars. He took my paperwork and loudly where I had got them. Like I stole them. I appealed to his humanity by pleading/pointing out that I was a human being. He continue to rant at me without a chance to talk. By this time I had tears and pointed out that I needed money to feed my daughter. I haven’t ate in two days. The man emotionless basically told me to bug off if I didn’t have ten dollars. I pray for this man

I kind of didn't want to leave a super positive review because I didn't want to see this branch get overrun by folks LOL. But I've been here three or four times in the past year and it's always been a very positive experience. Great staff, very efficient and the wait times are amazingly short. Thanks to all y'all there!

I had a fast and positive experience at this branch getting my out-of-state car registered. I went in the morning close to when they opened and was done in less than an hour. The lady who helped me was friendly and even let me run out to my car when I forgot a piece of the paperwork. The location was also clean and calm, which isn’t always my experience in government offices. I appreciate the easy and kind service!

Painless & fast! After experiencing the horrors of the BMV a few months ago with real ID licensing wait times, I was dreading this visit; however, I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient their process is & how knowledgeable and friendly staff are with assisting customers. I needed to transfer a car into my name and Shonta (on my first visit) provided some of the forms that I was missing in my paperwork, which helped me save $$$ with the transfer. There was virtually no wait time. On my second & final visit, I was able to get everything transferred over seamlessly with the help of TL? (didn’t catch her name but that’s what is on the paperwork). Wait time was maybe about 10 minutes this time!
