1:23 to get the prompts to press 1,2,3 etc is WAY to long. then another 21+ rings for someone to answer is INSANE. Why can't you just hire someone to answer the phone. I am at over 5 minutes of the phone ringing and still no answer. If my business ran this way I wouldn't have a business. The only reason this is a 5 star review is because haters will retaliate against my business if I leave a 1 star. DO BETTER! be great nothing else pays EDIT: 22 minutes of the phone ringing and nobody has answered insane!
