I took an appointment for my kids' immunization. We came back, everything went smoothly with a kind and friendly staffs and professional nurses who provide more printed information about each dose.

I called today 12/2/20 at 3:50pm about questions with being quarantined due to covid. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and snappy with me. If you work with for the general public you need to have customer service skills. Extremely disappointed in how I was treated.

The entrance is kind of steep...I don't think it's handicap accessible...but.... The service is always good though and there is hardly ever a wait for any services I have used. They printed my birth certificate quickly. The guy was going to lunch but still found a way to take care of it without making me come back later. Nice building too.

I called for a medical appointment for a friend of mine on Friday, July 26th, 2024. I can't reach anyone here, ever. No one answers the phone. When I got pushed to animal control, the lady said, "Patrick" wasn't in at all today. They do not do walk-in medical checks or any of that sort. I'm not sure how this works, but it seems pointless to even have here. I ended up taking her to Mercy Hospital.
