Quick in, Quick out. Less than thirty-five minutes to register, get my flu shot, waiting period, and out the door. The receptionist, Sharay, was personable, courteous and efficient. She knew her job and did it well. Same goes for RN Debbie! Answered my questions about flu vaccine and covid vaccines. Advised me about RSV vaccination. All during part of my waiting time. Great job!

I made my appointment to get my Covid booster for today (10/27). I arrived a few minutes early and was pleasantly greeted by the lady that checked me in and gave a form to fill out. Shortly I was told to follow the blue arrow where I handed in my form, saw the nurse, got my injection, sat for 10-15 minutes and was out by 2:40. Very nice and clean facility and extremely friendly workers. GO!!

People are very friendly and professional. I never had a problem with them. In this time and age we need people like this. Keep up.the good work. 😃 Sept..2022 Just got my new covid & flu shot. The lady apologized for the wait. That was not a wait at all, I said. She was really friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the young man at the door to the young lady behind the desk and young lady that gave me my shots. People are really nice at this place. Everyone B safe 😃

Quick services when you need it! Never had to wait more than 15 mins to be helped with anything. The staff are very quick and efficient. Nurses are very equipped. They have a system and it works! I’ve been for my child up to date shots for school immunizations and check ups. Never had an issue, and grateful for state support funding for services like these. (2020)

My doctor's office could not get me in for flu shot in time to be adequately vaccinated for upcoming holiday. Kankakee County HD told me over phone that yes- I could receive it with my insurance card. I let my Doctor office know I was getting it there. I arrived only to find that I had to have a referral in order to use my HMO insurance. The Kankakee Health Dept. workers were very supportive and patient while I obtained that document. I recommend getting vaccines through them. It was easier and employees are more helpful and kind than the local drug store workers.
