Quick and efficient! Staff are amazing. Went on my lunch break to get two birth certificates and left with time to spare.

Went through security check in, one of the guards points at my vape and says "you can't bring a gun in here" then says " I was just joking". That's super unprofessional and has no place in a federal building. His coworker even looked at him like she couldn't believe he just said that to me.

As a non-KCMO resident I received a flu shot at an extremely reasonable price. If I was a resident it likely would have been no charge. Next year I'm going back.

Mrs.Pam is the caseworker or the woman that make it to Aspen or Sevi. She is a tough cookie. But looking back she only ever told me the truth and tried to help me see the truth. I trust and value her opinion. And anyone coming into the program I urge you to listen before it's to late . She is a smart woman who doesn't put up with B.S. something we all should espire to be. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.

Hi, I wanted to report an issue I had today when I went to take my food handler test. The woman working at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke with an attitude and didn’t use basic courtesy such as “please” or “thank you.” Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she had short brown hair. I wanted to bring this to your attention because it made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.
