The place is really useful
Just got my vital records and everything went fine. The process is well thought out, from the signage outside to the filling up the form process. I did not encounter any lines or significant wait times, just one old guy who cut in front of me…
I’m not sure why the staff are eating and snacking at the front desk. It’s a little gross to watch people have a conversation with a full mouth and doesn’t seem very sanitary
They don’t keep records of other states.
