VOTER ALERT: Manipulation of Official Court Records I am posting this as a public record because I have been met with the "silent treatment" after providing notarized proof of misconduct within this office. If you are a citizen of Caroline County, you need to know how your legal documents are being handled. I am in possession of court transcripts that prove the Clerk’s office swapped names to hide a massive conflict of interest. Peggy Gallagher was the clerk present during my trial, yet the name "Pearl" was inserted onto the official record to obscure Peggy’s personal history and connections to my family. This is a direct violation of the integrity of the court. Furthermore, this office allowed the "insertion" of a Victim Impact Statement from the Kevin Richard Hayes case—the man who hit my sister—into my own trial record. This is not just "incompetence"; it is the intentional weaponizing of court documents to satisfy a local "good old boys" narrative. Peggy Gallagher is currently running for the Clerk of the Circuit Court. If she is willing to swap names on a transcript and hide behind silence when caught, she has no business being the guardian of this county’s records. Accountability is not optional. I have the receipts, the hard copies, and the proof of the redacted 911 calls they don't want the public to hear. Transparency matters. Do not let "small town" ego override your due process. I'm not sure who authorized this as ok.And I have on multiple occasions tried to call this out.And have gotten the silent treatment. I'm not sure who in the courts decided that my due process didn't matter. And I have the transcripts to prove it. Unprofessional and unethical. And this is on the record. So others don't get harmed. Remaining informed is crucial. I'm not sure who allowed a false victim. Impact statement into my transcripts. Without allowing me the ability to share my voice. And whoever wrote for me used a text message thread, and I can prove it. As you can see, I write very eloquently. I can provide receipts for every claim made. It's rather embarrassing and it shows the amount of people that hate.Instead of love.
