You never want to deal with Jennifer... she’s incredibly rude and will lie. Honestly those above her need to assess the job she’s doing.

Went to have the nexplanon birth control put in my arm they put it in so deep that it was in my bicep muscle had to have surgery to have it removed and they’ve done the same thing to a friend

Had a great experience with me and my son. Was in and out in no time and plenty of activities to keep my son entertained while waiting

Super friendly and incredibly efficient. We are so thankful to have gotten my grandparents and great aunts and uncles scheduled and rescheduled for their COVID vaccinations. This whole situation has been such chaos, but the ladies at the Kingfisher Health Department have handled it with such organization and grace.

The people that work there are genuinely respectful and kind however my main complaint is they don’t send notifications when your next wic class is due so you’ll get to the store and won’t be able to get your formula because you have a class to do, then try to sit there and do a class real quick but then can’t call the facility because they ALL went to lunch so now I have to wait an hour before I can tell them I completed the dumb class so I can go BACK to the store to get what I TRIED to purchase. Extremely frustrating and I feel like they should start sending emails or text messages when your class is coming up! We all have lives and can’t keep up with these classes!
