This place doesn't even deserve one star my little sister went in for a pap smear after 2 years of me talking her into it and she had the worst experience anyone could have for their first time and she refuses to do it again because of the lady she seen! The lady didn't use lubricant when putting the instrument inside of her then proceeded to try and cram it in her! I mean what?! My little sister is asexual she has never had sex and doesn't plan to and this lady really hurt her then tells her she's to narrow and walks out. Do not go here unless you want a bad experience. My little sister couldn't remember her name unfortunately but she was a brunette and average build.

I can't believe I'm writing this, but yesterday I had the best experience I have ever had at any clinic! The ladies were amazing one even stepping in and being a mother figure I needed in the moment!!! I am actually telling everybody I know even men, this is the place to go for whatever you my need right now! They were amazing and the new facility is clean and inviting! Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience! My nurse practitioners name was Mrs. Chelsea, and I so wish I new the name of the other Mrs. That was hysterical and loved my corny jokes! Thank you all again! The whole staff was awesome!! Sincerely, The free spirited hippie.

Lady on the phone said vaccines were all walk ins. We get there just to be told you have to come on certain days at certain times or schedule. Waste of gas and time. Get it together.

The services provided have carried me through my early teen years to even now as a 33 year old mom of 3. They’re amazing people who run a great program that benefits all. So glad they have a new facility too, they deserved it for many years!

We had a great experience at the CCHD. My 11 yr old daughter needed 2 vaccines. We walked in at 11:01 and were done and leaving the parking lot at 11:50. The building was clean and well staffed, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The woman who gave the shots was fantastic and made it an all-around positive visit for a very anxious little girl. You don't have to dread going to the health department anymore (well, depending upon what you're going there for, I guess).
