Wic was the best except we were told July 10th farmers checks were in so we drove all the way. When I got there the older lady at the front desk told us nope they did not give us to them yet and put our name on the list. We would be called. So we waited and waited no phone calls or texts. We call today and she said I know personally I called. There's no voicemail. No missed calls . So she did not call number. Proceeded to tell us that she was the one who personally called. That she could not hold the last voucher. There was one left so we drive all the way out immediately. Go in and says we'll were all out. I think the older lady needs to be held accountable for her mess up. We've been waiting for notification for these for weeks. We're harvesters so that's appreciated that someone isnt doing there job properly behind the wic counter.

It's started ok..but then a temporary dentist messed up two of my teeth and they refuse to help me get them fixed. They have been ignoring my calls..so disappointed

The front desk staff are the most incompetent and entitled people I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple people are on shift and NOT ONE answer after calling every month since NOVEMBER to set up my new cleaning. Now I’m at a year from getting my last cleaning because these people can’t even return calls when I leave them voicemails. Worst staff at the front desk I’ve ever had to deal with by far!
