I’ve never been to a place where they can’t do their job 30 minutes till close. Just change your time to 3:30 if you’re not going to process anything. What a joke.

The staff at the recorders office are amazing! They went above and beyond to help us apply for passports, made sure everything was perfect to ease our processing. Super courteous and understanding. We have already been approved and notified our documents are being mailed to us! Thank you all! PS : I also recommend allowing them to take your passport photos; its cheaper than any other option we found, and they do a great job!!
