    It seems to me that they answer the phone to look for reason to not do their job all we don't handle this we only cover this specific it emphasis on only and and there's no correspondence that they can give you don't materials know nothing to describe what they can and cannot do and I wasted weeks waiting for proper correspondence with these people the woman Kelly and Donna seem outwardly rude (each in their own lake county way)and looking for excuses to make people who complain out to be a problem so that they don't have to help.

They are not over reaching and are doing everything they can to protect the health of the citizens . It is not their fault that we have Trumps' luddite minions trying to impede their critical work.
