They were very helpful on my two visits. One time there was a bit if a line but they got threw everyone there quickly and efficiently. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. There is even about 10 or so computers there to help you do business if you do not own one yourself.

Recording Staff was extremely rude. I called with a question and the lady who answered had an attitude and no patience whatsoever. Immediately when she answered the phone she treated me very disrespectfully. I was attempting my best to explain to her my inquiry and she would cut me off and raise her voice at me. I understand that miscommunication can cause frustration but is important to always treat the customer with patience and respect no matter the situation. Once transferred to Denise, she was also very rude and hung up the phone in a disrespectful manner. Don’t work in public service if you can’t treat people with human decency.
