they normally do there job correctly but they check in and treat infants, toddlers, teenagers without having parent consent but they won’t treat a 18 year old because I’m still considered “pediatric” but they treat pediatrics

Last month in November 2024 I came in with a yeast infection, this was a cheaper place. the lady told me I could be seen in December 23rd since they was all booked. There was only one family in that whole facility and the doctors couldn't see me. Now my yeast infection is worse and I can't go anywhere else at the moment. That lady needs to be fired, it wouldn't of hurt them to see me. I got refused service and I'm in pain right now!!! She said I could only be seen for STD testing.
