I purchased a vehicle out of state (a choice I will NEVER make again) and have been fighting a dealership in GA for the tag/registration paperwork for over 2 months and they have either offered lies, empty promises or out and out avoided the issue. Throughout the process, i have contacted Giles county once a week the last 6 weeks of his process, and they never minded checking to see if they had received anything. They went out of their way each time I called to even check their incoming mail they hadn't even looked at yet. When they did finally receive something from the dealership, they actually called me right away to let me know and offered to rush to get it to me if I wanted to come get it. This is above and beyond for a county office, and as frustrated as I was for the delay on the part of the dealership, the County office made it so easy once we finally got the paperwork on our side of town. They have always been great to work with regarding any of the property issues we have had since moving here. Thanks Giles county!

People are awesome and nice. Can't tell time, but nice. Supposed to open at 8am, but after 8 lady shows up to the drive thru, but doesn't actually open up still 8:10 and chain still up. I've been standing on my feet for 13 hours all night and pay taxes just as anyone else does. Had I known they couldn't read a clock I'd waited until 8:30!!!

I needed to renew my license, and I had a rare, free Friday morning to wind through the lovely backroads from Columbia to Pulaski. The person who helped me was super friendly, she let me retake my cringy first photo, and I was done within five minutes -- definitely a triple win when it comes to the DMV. With the extra time, I walked over to Second Street Coffee House and enjoyed a perfectly made oat milk matcha latte.
