Worst experience I have had with so called "professionals" they argued with me and then said they weren't going to argue with me. Audibly laughed at me and had their friends laughing at me in the background. According to the nurse on the call her boss Jamie Miller was present and allowed this all to happen. Terrible customer service, zero humility, and not how anyone should be treated amid a pandemic.

99.9% of the people that work there are rude and impatient. now that .1% is incompetent and unorganized. i was getting my birth control shot done here…. i have a very large lump on my stomach from July 30th, they did nothing but tell me whoever gave me the shot didn’t know what they were doing. i do NOT recommend Leavenworth County Health Department if you have insurance. don’t waste your time, energy or breathe on these “nurses”.

I have came to this location several times. Great experience. That changed today. For now 20 minutes, two young ladies have stood at the reception desk the entire time. Moving only enough to step slightly out of the way of clients trying to sign in. Loud. Cursing. When told to hush by the women they were visiting, they only became louder. Without the blanten non concern for others and the repeated f bomb, I would have looked past. But the level and length of time that it carried on, ridiculous.

It's nice to know that you have a place to be seen for your health care needs and for little to nothing!! But the communication is terrible! I understand that they are working doing there jobs! But when people come in to be seen they have to wait long extended amounts of time to be seen! Not just waiting there turn either... people was out to lunch! And instead of politely telling people that it would be a while before they would be seen! Because everyone was on lunch break! Let's just not say anything because it's no one's business! And make mother's and small children who are not used to being out of the house much! Wait for 45 min to a hour with no explanation.crying children! They could of at least said something....like we are all out for lunch you can either wait or come back in 30 minutes!!! But instead say nothing and have everyone looking in the office getting frustrated wanting to know what the hold up is....there was no one here at this time we were the only ones and thin get surprised and don't reply when asked why they did not just let people know they was at lunch! Well that the doctors or nurses were out to lunch! I don't understand why companies can't just be real and tell people what they need to know or hear!

I spoke with Lisa who is in charge of getting my quarantine letters together for my household. Not only am I scared that my children have covid, but I just felt like I couldn’t get the any direct answers until I spoke with Lisa. She was so informative, caring and really helped me through this scary time we are all living. She not only put me at ease but made my whole process easier. Even going as far as telling me if I just needed to talk to her through this to remember her name and she would be happy to help me. It was so nice to get answers and feel comfortable about the answers she gave me. She is doing a fantastic job!!
