I needed health record documentation from their records from 10 years ago for a current job application. Kristen answered the phone and was very patient and helpful. She helped me attain the documents within 1 hour. Ten years ago, when I interacted with the office with initial treatment, they were accurate in dispensation, and I had no issues with their responsibilities towards me.

Walked into the Lebanon PA DOH office today and was not greeted by anyone. A lady from behind the desk finally stood up and had to put a mask on (meaning she wasn’t wearing it in the building), and considering how adamant Tom Wolf has been about masks, I was “shook” to say the least. So I inquired about some immunizations I need for grad school to which she said they are scheduling out over a MONTH! How can the state consider these services “accessible” for the uninsured (currently me) if they aren’t available in a timely manner? Providing their DOH offices with ONE nurse visit/month is unacceptable!! What are we paying taxes for again?? Anyway, I asked the lady (who didn’t care to be bothered) to provide me with some phone numbers to surrounding offices so that I may receive the necessary immunizations sooner rather than later. She proceeded to write down two telephone numbers—one for the Dauphin county office and another for what was supposed to be the Lancaster County office. So after heading back to my car I picked up my phone and called the first number on the list which was supposed to be for the Lancaster County office. I called the number and a woman picks up and answers “Hello fine Wine and Spirits how may I help you?” I kid you not. You can’t make this stuff up!! Beware!
