The lady I spoke to was rude and had such an attitude as if I was bothering her with questions I was asking. Horrible customer service

Got in relatively quickly and process was smooth. Only thing I would say is that my husband took my name, so when they mailed our official certificate it was addressed to "Mr. & Mrs. [Husband's First and Maiden name]". Just would have preferred it addressed to our individual names personally, also since the certificate has them on it anyway.
