Not helpful at all. Withheld records even though I was legal able to look at them and treated helping with like it was the worst thing she had to do all day. Did not get her name - but I have to go back so maybe the next time.... No customer service at all.

Fantastic! They got me in and out in about 5 minutes. Way less time than I planned on spending here. The building itself is absolute beautiful as well. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and patient with me (I injured my dominant hand and needed extra time to grab things and to sign). I've never had better service at a government office.
