Called in for moderately severe tooth extraction. Got me in right away to be treated with the script sent to the pharmacy. Set out for another 12 days and called them for another appointment and everything seemed good. Wow Only to have someone call later that afternoon. Mr. Watts you can't be seen without payment upfront. Paid it up; to only arrive at my appointment the next day with even more of a hassle. Mr Watts you need to when you leave here make a payment it doesn't have to be in full. That'll only be if you have to see us again for something else. Good people think alike don't they?

Ive gone here before and have had positive experiences until today. I have a minor balance that I set up a payment plan for this was the option available online when I did the online registration for my appointment. I went in for my dental appt today and was denied service despite that i was in pain and told them so. I was told, no full payment no help recieved. If its supposed to be a community place to help those underserved with financial limitations, then why turn a patient away in pain and in need. Especially if they made a payment plan and payment. I am so disappointed in my experience and will not be back. If you are in need and financially limited best to go elsewhere.

I wouldn’t even give y’all a one star if I could. I have called five different times over a 4 week period trying to reschedule my appointment with my therapist. Gave my new phone number in multiples voice mails and nobody returns my call. And people wonder why they have no one to turn to when they are relying on therapy..

Last year I went into the dentist for tooth pain. they said we don't see anything wrong didn't do any x-rays except tap my tooth but couldn't figure out what tooth it was. I then went somewhere else that told me an old filling had expanded my tooth and was cracking and needed a root canal that I ended up having to pay $2,600 out of pocket for don't go to the dentist at that wchd.. on a positive note though I started recently seeing a psychiatrist there I was always hesitant about seeing a psychiatrist one-on-one but I was at a time in my life I needed to start seeing one I got paired with Lisa Framkie I've been seeing her for about 4 months once a month and she has help me see things differently and listens and actually tells me what i need to hear and doesn't sugarcoat anything just like myself she's a great psychiatrist and I highly recommend her but not the dentist

Waited an hour to be seen..made it very clear I have EDS and MCAS. That i needed my pupils dilated for the exam otherwise it'd be pointless. (Mentioned it 3 times, and told dr. ) Instead. Got unnecessarily informed on my own condition like i didnt know about it and told he felt he didnt need to do that, despite me not being able to see the entire time of the exam. After I said this is pointless, he did confirm my eyes were severely dry..but prescribed a medicine I cant use and there is no generic..$900 it would cost. No way. Im aware of my own health issues...and I know how they affect me and what has worked but when drs continue to treat everyone as a whole...you get bad results. Was there from 1 o'clock until 3..got nowhere. And wasn't really listened to. Another dr. apt that was a waist of time...ugh.
