How hard is it to answer the phone when someone calls? Or better yet, how hard is it to call someone up to your window to make an appointment? I should NOT be waiting for 15 minutes (probably would have been longer if I did not leave when I did) JUST to set up an appointment for my kids to get WIC.

Doing exclusively same-day appointments is bonkers. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone so I can get my baby his next set of vaccinations and first it says they’re “experiencing longer than normal wait times” due to high call volumes and then that I’ve called after hours, though it’s a Tuesday at 8:30 and they should’ve opened at 8am. Which is it? It just shouldn’t have to be this hard.

do not recommend!! impossible to get appts. have to call the same day to make one and they are always booked up after you have waited to talk to someone for over 45 minutes. they are closed on fridays. Insane way to help the pubic. urgent treatment center of any little clinic would be better. don't waste your time or money here!!

Fayette co. Needs to do better when it comes to hiring individuals. There is no knowledge when it comes to tattoo inspections and services. When filing for an event, they take your $100 in the office, but don’t tell you everything you need. This includes documents of your ‘layout’ which must be new. Only reason we found out is because of the actual inspector coming out and saying things were needed before we could start tattooing. This should have been told initially when we paid for the permit. There is way too much he said she said and no cross communication throughout the office and inspectors. I’m sure you ask any legit tattoo shop in lex, you will get the same feedback. Do better Fayette Co., and don’t forget you are here to serve the community, without us, there is no you!
