Tried to register a kayak so I could put a trolling motor on in for fishing. "Gotta have a title or a bill of sale".......I bought this thing at a yard sale when I lived in another state 20 years ago (with 20 years of pictures to prove it) , and the person it was purchased from is no longer with us so I can't get a bill of sale. Instead of helping me try to find a work around I was blamed for the whole problem, and treated like a waste of time. If I could go somewhere else I would. Horrible people,and service. If you work for the city you are supposed to help it's citizens not hinder them......

Nichvegas DMV, stand in line like you at a DMV except the people in line are quiet well behaved polite people and the staff is friendly, always helpful, and Emily had such a fun, and witty personality that it legitimately enlivened my spirits and left me reminiscent of a time when we took personal interactions with new people for granted never expecting the future to be so cold, lifeless, and smartphone sized. Anyway it's where ya get yer tags at and an anecdote to type out while you have to wait on the next thing ;)

I am at my wits end with the Jessamine County DMV. Lost documents, incorrect information given to you, paying for someone's else's registration (and given their personal information)...I can go on and on. I think the department needs a complete overhaul.

Everyone of the employees I have dealt with are wonderful. I have had some title issues out of the normal box and all of them have been handled by professional and personal employees. Best DMV I have dealt with in all of the states I have lived in.
