A typical government office, nothing negative.

The person who answers the phone in the title office really needs to rethink where they work. I had a simple question about trying to go about getting a bonded title and the attitude and Condescending tone is completely unnecessary when somebody is simply asking where to start the process. If you don’t want to deal with the public, don’t work in an office where that’s your entire job
