Today I was referred by a Wyoming public health office to call this public communitty nursing to see if they could help me out with gettin a filling in my tooth refilled at the dentist.The receptionist answered and directed me right to another lady who was very kind and helpful.The lady told me to call my dentist and see if the dentist would accept a 150.00$ salvation army voucher to fix the tooth.The lady then said to call back and schedule an appoinment for today with her to come and pick up voucher today.The dentist receptionist said no they do not accept vouchers .Well the lady called me back and talked with me to assure that if i needed her assistance she was there.She also told me to take good of my teeth.HER name starts with a L.Thank You.June 3,2019.

Someone went to this facility recently and told them that they thought they had a tampon stuck in them and they were unsure if a tampon was stuck and lost. They did not offer to do anything they just looked at the person and they did not even help them with the issue. Usually if someone shows up and they state to they have a problem they should ask to be seen? Wow
