Obtained flu vaccination for two children and Hep A vax for one adult. I was impressed by excellent and nearly painless administration of vaccinations. However, the paper process took nearly 1.5 hours with several visits in and out of the room by the Nurse and necessity to rewrite paperwork. We were the only people in the clinic at that time! Please address the paper process to increase effeciency.

This place was complicit in my abuse as a child through their system. They gave me a social worker who did not meet my needs adequately. I came here to gain my records recently spring 2020 only to find them redacted as well as 1,000s of pages missing. What they don't understand all these years later is that I've seen my acne file and know how big it was. This is a corrupt place to get help from as they will cover for their mistakes instead of doing whats right and fixing them. I've watched these social workers harm the very children and families they are required to protect. If you were ever in custody of Livingston County MDHHS due to being placed in foster care, talk to an attorney so you know your rights as you age out and make sure you get your records and sue if they mishandled your case.

Signed up for the vaccine . They sent me an email to schedule for it . Tomorrow at 1 at just received a letter they CANCELLED it saying I am not eligible Saturday. WHY DID YOU SEND ME THE LETTER IN THE FIRST PLACE ! The governor said 16+ starting Monday with illnesses. So less than 48 hours I am good to go. OBVIOUSLY you don’t have enough people volunteering for the shot ! absolutely ridiculous you canceled my appointment WITH NO FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS OF WHAT TO DO NEXT !

I called for a tetanus shot as I was bitten by the family cat 24 hrs ago and advised to have vaccination within 72 hrs following. I was greeted by a professional, but offered zero concern or direction. I was told because it involved an animal, I'd need to speak with a specialist to schedule an appointment but shes out until Jan. This, following my politely explaining my frustration in finding a provider for a simple shot. Still, offered a lack of compassion or resourcefulness. When I told her I guess I'd just take my chances on getting sick/infection, she simply stated "Ok". Mainly seemed to care about my insurance coverage. I'll take my time and business elsewhere. Thanks for the help Livingston County.
