I have called 4 times during business hours and no one answered the phone. No recording, or a person, no one answered the phone. Surely they have someone at the desk to answer the phone.

I tried to call them during their business hours, but no one answered. I called 6 times. How do they not have someone at the front desk to answer calls?

Called them over 20 times yesterday and they never answered. Had to call a different department in the same building to ask why wic wasn't answering the phone. They took my info and gave it to wic to call me back. They never did. Called the next day. Still no answer. Called the same department I had called the day before to ask again why wic wasn't answering. They again gave them a note to call me back but not before she tried to tell me it would be easier to come in then to get them to answer the phone. I have two babies under two years and my husband uses the car for work. I cant "come in".Thats why I use the phone. They never did call me back and have yet to answer my calls. Complete incompetence and unprofessionalism from this office.
