My children were patients here for 3 years. Nobody ever answers the phone to make or change medical appts the entire time I have been going there. At times I called for 2-3 days straight and called Lockhart, luling & gonzales before getting anyone to pick up the phone but then want to penalize you for missing an appt which they say is a “no show” lol how on earth could it be by fault when nobody will answer the phone? Reception is terrible and then if you do manage to get an appointment and get in the office, they have you waiting inside the room for over an hour after doing vitals which doesn’t work when you have a Special needs child. I will be switching practices as of today after being so utterly disappointed and disgusted with how they handle things and conduct themselves.

UPDATE: I was able to finally get the prior authorization from this office and the insurance stars to align. One star off for the process but otherwise I’m satisfied with their resolve. Previously reviewed: I love my provider but this is the worst place to need a prior authorization for a prescription medication that you depend on daily. I have fought with them for over a year without success. I’ve went into their office multiple times, filled out every single authorization for every former provider for them to obtain my medical records, and called insurance asking what they needed. Bottom line they won’t submit the prior authorization in a timely manner and or they aren’t answering all the questions that are needed to compl The prior authorization. I will be filing a grievance with my health insurance since they are an in network provider. Anyone who suffers with chronic conditions that know they need medications that require annual prior authorizations should avoid this facility.

I was very hesitant to arrive for my appointment after reading some of the most recent reviews. I am so happy to say that I was very surprised indeed to enter this clinic. Warm friendly staff and reasonably fast consultation with an email follow up. This place was super clean everywhere. I liked it you might also.
