Went for COVID shot and it was completely disorganized. They changed address without emailing people. They had people in register lines intermixing with vaccine waiting lines so you really couldn’t tell who was in line for what. I told my vaccinator I had drug allergies and she told me to wait longer in observe waiting area but not who to contact if I had a reaction or where epipens were. What’s the point of having observation waiting area if there isn’t a person there to help you if you have a reaction or unsure if you are having mild allergic reaction and need attention?

Other than my vaccine confirmation having 1 address and then having to dart over to actual address (understandable venue change but a heads up would've been cool!) That part was an inconvenience because I have long Covid, on an inhaler and wearing a mask while running across street. Now....once inside that was streamlined perfectly. Shot in arm within 5 minutes. Painless. Seriously there was no pain. Waited my 15 minute observation time and left.

Received my Moderna Booster. I preregistered on line. On site, an Efficient hard working group of health care providers were giving 11 vaccinations every 15 minutes. Nicely organized. There's a 15 minute observation wait for each recipient after the injection. Thanks for helping Madison County stay healthy!

I came here and got my first Moderna vaccine yesterday evening! The setup was well-organized and even though it was busy, things moved very quickly! The person who gave my shot was also good and it didn’t really hurt at all! A very pleasant experience!

These people are extremely rude! Good luck even trying to get someone to answer the phone. I couldn't get a word out and then they put me on hold. After, being on hold forever, the lady who finally answered the phone, was extremely rude and hateful. I am still waiting on my medicine to be sent to the pharmacy. I have been out since last week and I'm still waiting. I called them again this morning and now my doctor isn't there again, till tomorrow. You should not to have run totally out of your medicine before something will be done. That is not good patient care, period!!!! Now, I will say my doctor is wonderful but a lot of the other people don't need to be working there. Hopefully they will call in the medicine and I can enjoy my day off.
