I recently purchased a newer vehicle and had some questions regarding my tags. Brought in paperwork and explained my particular situation and the clerk looked at me and said “well, what do you want me to do about it?” In a very rude and condescending way. I do not appreciate being talked to in that manner I was today. In fact, I want you to do your job lady! It’s beyond frustrating going in a place that you have to DEAL with to be treated in a very disrespectful way. How one goes about writing a formal complaint, I would like to know as this lady needs to be retrained on her customer service skills since your site, says it “strives to be the best in customer service” haha that’s a joke.

30 mins to get a renewal. Bunch of workers seemed to be doing nothing. 3 people actually working. Tax dollars at work.

Corey was fantastic! He is very friendly and helpful. He even engaged in a conversation with us that showed he really enjoys his job and cares about those he helps.

5 stars simply due to Stephanie's diligence and helpfulness. She filled me in on the tax laws and I wound up getting out of there for hundreds cheaper than expected (even with a custom plate)! Definitely ask for her, if possible!
