Went in to get my son's immunization records transferred and complete a religious exemption form. Took a little over an hour, and everyone was very helpful. One woman working at Intake (Pam) was one of the nicest and sweetest people ever. Overall, a pretty straightforward process. Took a little long, but it was very busy on a Friday afternoon.

Judy in Vital Records opened the facility promptly and greeted the patrons at the door. She was very kind and efficient. A gentle and professional presence goes a very long way and I'm grateful for my encounter with her.

My husband and I stopped by on Monday, December 15, 2025 @4:30. When we walked in, the woman at the desk (an older black woman with short hair)instantly looked at us as if we ruined her day. I kindly proceed with my request to get our son’s birth certificate. Her exact response was, “Oh no, you’re not! We stop processing at four.” This was completely rude and unnecessary. We drove all the way from Madison to this office. Since my husband works, I’m at home with our children, and we share a car, it is almost impossible to do anything outside of doctor’s appointments during the week. This office needs to clarify their process on google and on their website since it’s clear that this is a common issue. Also, they should learn to be more kind or take some SIMPLE customer service classes. This is public service, DO BETTER!!! This employee could have also provided another option, such as ordering online but she could have cared less to be helpful.

I called to make a wic appointment i asked the lady on the phone what i thought was a general question i asked her if my husband needed to come with me and she made a smart remark about not if the appointment is for you. I was being respectful of her the entire time and when we were done talking she thought I hung up and said to a co worker " she gone ask if her husband needs to come with her" when I was about to say something to her she realized she hadn't hung up and hang up i don't understand why my question is so funny to her and people working in this kind of work need to learn to be more understanding and kind. I hope she has a blessed day and knows God will deal with her one day.
