Called the Medicaid office to ask a few questions and the lady acted like I was bothering her. I asked if I sent it up right online because I have never done it that way and she said “uhm yea,you just gotta be patient” then I said oh okay so the place I just called that told me it wasn’t active yet was wrong. I asked do I need to call them back and have them run it again. She replied with “ well I guess heck idk why they aren’t running it right”. Her whole tone of voice was incredibly rude!! Do better!

Been here multiple times for a birth certificate. The only thing I’ve gotten are dumb looks and groups of ladies behind a desk hanging out because they closed the system an hour before closing time. Didn’t answer the phone while it rang for 10 minutes before they hung it up and ignored it. Your wonderful tax dollars at work.
