Got my vaccine here and Mrs. Kathy was such a sweetheart. She made sure I was okay and feeling well after passing out. Didn’t hurt at all, just don’t like needles. The staff was wonderful!

We drove in from Tennessee to get my Alabama birth certificate. What was supposed to take 2 hours and 3 minutes took us over 4 and a half hours due to traffic jams. Candice and the lady at the desk with her were absolutely amazing to us. They got us a phone charger because ours was dying and we couldn't use our GPS to get back home. They offered us to sit and rest so our 2 year old granddaughter could play off some of her riding energy. They also brought us ice cold bottles of water. It took 5 minutes to process my birth certificate. I am from Mobile Alabama and you would never be treated so great by a health department employee in Mobile. Every health department in Alabama needs a Candice she was the absolute sweetest kindest lady I have ever had the pleasure to work with in a public setting. I wish she worked at our local health department. Thank you Candice for everything you are amazing.

My family of 5 all needed to replace to have birth certificates replaced. Jackson and Madison counties were the closest 2 options coming from Tennessee and I read reviews to pick, choose, prepare, and arm myself with pre advanced knowledge of walking into a facility and possibly having to check some employee with a nasty attitude, so Madison was out. Jackson county was DEFINITELY worth the drive in terms of professionalism and speed. Candace was GREAT, 4 out of 5 replaced but she told us how to figure out the one. Thank you again....ROLL TIIIIIDE..
