On or about Friday 04 November Dale Ramsey in Eureka Springs while NOT presiding over a case caused and effected an detainment in which HE facilitated and personally orchestrated w/malicious intent... to defraud a man of his freedom by deception and falsely accuse and requesting a formal complaint/detention. I am a lay person who firmly believes here is an attempt of corruption afoot. I know that judges have immunity while on the bench in their court. This action did not happen there and such being that my complaint rests. This attorney/officer of the court licensed and a member of the Arkansas bar committed several acts of which undermine the confidence of the public and the judicial process/rule of law. These actions comprise the integrity of the equity and fairness but most of all impinged on the contingency that Judge Ramsey while not in court utilized his presumed authority to stifle the complaint process against a clerk of court employee. Judge Ramsey furthermore then directed LEO to take the person I am speaking of/advocating for into CUSTODY without cause. These are the OBJECTIVE FACTS. It is my and many others opinion that this was a planned event to cause a desired reaction and that JUDGE RAMSEY was complicit and I say the mastermind of. This is to state that because of who and what he is by HIS ESSENCE PERVADE TO THIS plan of action HE took to deprive an individual of freedom. As I stated that I am a lay person and the only certainty I possess is that what happened here violates several cannon of the code of conduct The judge would be presiding over said court matter and interjected himself into a situation as to where it is now clearly along with the other pertinent actions would and will be a complete conflict of interest and further question judge Dale Ramsey's integrity if he hears any of this in his court...
