If you can avoid this place please do so at all costs, absolutely disgusting, unsanitary, rude workers. They do not care about the public’s health or safety. You will sit in an overcrowded waiting room with sick people everywhere for an hour past your appointment. The nurse didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves when administering a vaccine horrible practices and has been reported to the state.

Why was I not notified that the clinic would be closed on the day of my appointment? I kept receiving text messages asking to confirm my appointment, which I did, and then I came it was dark and locked. Four other people and I were sitting outside waiting. I do not mind having to reschedule, personally, but why no notice of the closure for those of us with appointments?

IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO BE HELPED DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Most staff arnt very friendly (some are great) and it’s so hard to actually see the doctor, just nurses. If you actually need help do not come here. Had to be rescheduled, which is fine, but now that’s 2 days of time I thought I would be seeing the doctor wasted. The nurse even knew what they were offering was no benefit to any of my concerns. Said I could make another appointment. Why would I waste more of my time!? They don’t seem to actually want to help, just doing the bare minimum to keep the place open.

Honestly I don’t know why people wrote so many complaints. I easily scheduled an appointment for my kid over the phone. Our visit went absolutely well, everyone was polite, kind and nice; facility was clean( even had toys for kids in a waiting room) and nurse who did vaccines was phenomenal! My child didn’t feel any pain during and after procedure, I am very thankful!
