Helpful people. To get a birth certificate you will need ID, $12 cash or check NO CARDS. And birth certificates aren't issued after 3:30. Be prepared to spend a half hour or more.

Got my birth certificate same day! Lady was helpful and sweet and only took maybe 30-40 minutes!

Came here for a WIC appointment at 9:20am and it is getting close to an hour of sitting here waiting to be called back. The Washington health department never took this long. It is crazy just going a country over is the worst experience ever. Like it shouldn't take this long to be seen.

Does not do walkins, even with a EMPTY waiting room. I was trying to have a strep test done which in my experiences in the past have been administered, as well as cold/flu, covid, even std tests. Now nothing without appointments, kinda hard to preplan being sick. State of ARKANSAS….. DO BETTER

Came in for appointment for my daughter. I’ve been here many times before never specifically to this lady‘s window never had any issues before. All the other ladies here were super friendly and helpful, but This lady needs to be fired. She is by far The rudest person I have ever had dealt with in a public setting. She threw my papers back at me, greeted her teeth and refused to help me any further. I had no idea why she was being hateful or what exactly happened to make her upset. We all have bad days I get that But when your coworkers are apologizing for your behavior, we know it’s not the first time. One of her fellow workmates even told me to just avoid her widow and that this wasn’t this first time something like this has happened. The lady that helped me after her little episode, we had zero issues and proceeded with my appointment.
