called for information about dhhs and the first caller was a female, didn’t no state her name in anyway, was rude the second i started speaking. i stated what was wrong and before finishing she cut me off and transferred me. i called back bc i was on the correct line and the coworker was lovely and transferred me to a higher up and i let him know his workers are disgusting and unprofessional. you guys work for the state, and help families in need. you’d THINK you’d be more of a happy person. we all get stressed at work yes, but allowing that to give you a hateful and disgusting attitude towards others/customers is absolutely wrong and at 10 am? maybe she should pick a different line of work if she can’t be professional.

I don't know what's going on with the Lewiston office at all but I know when you do your review online it's supposed to be quicker how you guys forget to process reviews and some beyond me because I think you guys are trying to save money that's not right you guys want us to be front but DHHS in Lewiston don't have to be prompt and that's not cool at all

Recommend to complete paperwork online prior to going in and arrive early at least 7:45 a.m. as they open at 8:00 and start lining up at the door. If you don't have these options, just remember kindness is a rarity where as it should be the norm, be nice, treat others how you want to be treated And don't forget that these people are somebody's parents somebody's brother or sister what if it were yours what if it were you!?! I saw way too much disrespect, there's no need for it.
