It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone over the phone. You have to wait hours and hours just to even speak to anyone. Very unhappy.

Very efficient and saw me within 5 minutes. No appointment...just an unannounced visit by me for a family member.

I walked in, they treated me very very well they were very helpful I was not unpleased with anything they did. I was actually surprised at how well I was treated and how helpful they have been in my life.

Well it is 4:23 pm on a Friday afternoon and I was just refused service because they do not see anyone after 4pm in this office. Sure it is open until 5 but they will not see you or help you with anything you need. Just drove over an hour to get to this office that says it is open until 5pm. With the cost of gas and time these days this is unacceptable. Go anywhere else.
