Horrible additudes and treatment. Also everytime have been late on any payments which isn't often , one of the ladies dings my credit and puts into dmv to terminate my license. I mean on such a small payment of 85 bucks and back child support of maybe 100 or 200 everytime she has done this which is 4 times now

I called to report my child has been taken out of the country illegally. Transferred to a line that the admin was absent and cannot take anymore messages. I called back and they said there is nothing we can do. That is not ok.

I give a high rating because every person I ever talk to there is very nice and seems to genuinely want to help. Greatly appreciated!!!! There is one thing I'm very curious about tho... Ok so I look up the time the Portland office opens and it says 8am. I get the # dialed and as soon as the clock turns to 8 on my PC (also turned 8 on my phone at the same exact time) I make the call and get the "all representatives are currently busy helping other customers" and shortly after get "the avg wait time is something like 2 hours" lol How is that possible? I've had it happen more than once. I'd have to say that out of the maybe 6 or 7 times I've called right when they open this has happened at least half the times, and thats being extremely forgiving as I'm near 100% sure its happened something along the lines of say 5 out of 7 times.

I FOUND THIS VITAL AUTHORITY OPERATING ON AND AT 39 FOREST AVENUE IN AND ABOUT PORTLAND, MAINE, 04101. NEAREST VIABLE LANDMARK IS THE POST OFFICE AT THE FOOT OF FOREST AVENUE CROSSING PORTLAND STREET. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON CONFUSED BY THE RELOCATION OF THIS VITAL AUTHORITY. MANY LOST AND DESPERATE PERSONS SPARKED THE YIELD OF MY INVESTIGATION.
