I wish I could give 0 stars. Staff give up and are rude. Town staff has huge additutes except for the library staff and they also re-do everything to provide town history etc. It says on the town code of conduct that we are not sure if people are protesting as a way to get all residents leave the town. Lying it on your face.

I had a very frustrating experience dealing with the Town of Mansfield. In my interactions, several staff members came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude, which made an already stressful process even more difficult. We were cited for what appear to be questionable or unclear violations, and despite trying to address the situation, it felt like there was little interest in working toward a fair resolution. Instead, the focus seemed to be on issuing fines rather than providing clear guidance or support. There also seems to be a broader pattern where property owners report feeling harassed or targeted, which is concerning. As landlords and real estate investors, it often feels like we are being discouraged rather than treated as stakeholders in the community. A more professional, respectful, and transparent approach would go a long way in improving trust and communication. I hope the town takes feedback like this seriously and works toward more constructive interactions with residents and property owners.
